Zoo Fun

On Saturday we took the boys to the zoo. They had a lot of fun seeing all the animals. It was a perfect day to go. The weather was beautiful. The boys loved riding in their wagon.

Daddy pulling the boys in the wagon.

Off we go to see the animals.

Sadly these are the only babies we saw. They sure were cute though.

It was pretty neat watching the elephants eat. They had to reach up pretty high to get it.

The boys were able to see this rhino up close. Cohen couldn't believe how big it was.

Hunter liked the zebras. We bought the boys a toy before we left and Hunter chose a stuffed zebra. He kept saying "I love my zeba." and giving it hugs and kisses. Cohen chose a two headed snake. I thought it was an interesting choice but he loves it. He wraps it around his neck and plays.

I love this picture.

This is a snow leopard.

Stopping to enjoy a little snack.

Cute boys!!

More cute boys!!
It was hard to get the little boys to look at me when there was so much else to look at.

I love peacocks. They are so pretty.

Cohen wanted to sit on this gorilla but he was scared and didn't want me to let go of him.

Again, not easy to get the boys to look at me when there is so much to see.
I took about 10 pictures of them by this gorilla and this is the best one. Silly boys. We also took them on the train that goes through a part of the park. I think that was their favorite thing.

We had a fun day together. Cohen can't wait to go again. We love doing things together as a family and doing new things with the boys. Its so fun to watch them as they experience things for the first time.

Saturday clean up

Saturday was a beautiful day. So we decided to take advantage of that and get our yard ready for winter. We raked leaves, mowed the lawn, trimmed some trees, cleaned out the garden, and trimmed my rose bushes. We had a fun time together as a family and we were all pretty tired by the end of the day. But now our yard is winter ready.
Ty raking the leaves. We have TONS of leaves. We threw away probably 8 big garbage bags of leaves. The bad thing is, there are still more leaves on the trees that have not fallen yet.

The boys had fun jumping and running in the leaf piles. It made more work for Ty and I but it was worth it. They had lots of fun.

Hunter had fun playing on the jeep and 4-wheeler.

I had to put this picture in for Tyler. He was also able to get his truck running. He loves that truck. And Cohen was so excited to ride in Dad's Chevy.
